There are a lot of people who say they offer this service. But I was flabbergasted when I found out how ripped off we’d been by the previous “dryer vent cleaner”. The other guys blew some air through the tube and ended up leaving it 90% clogged. I have never had to use this service before... But after my dryer fuse had to be replaced it was suggested I have my dryer vent professionally cleaned out in order for my dryer to work more efficiently not to mention didn't want to cause a fire! The service was great. Exceptional customer service from the first call to the cleaning. The technicians were great. I spent more than I expected but it was really a result of neglect (no cleaning in 8 yrs) and poor installation from the builder. After I was shown the severity of my vent buildup I was presented options from the basic cleaning to replacing the roof vent and repositioning the exhaust pipe. Awesome. Our dryer was not drying and we had it repaired a second time so we decided to purchase a new one. I routinely would clean the dust from the utility room vend as best I could with our vacuum. Obviously that was not working as our duct vents through our roof with multiple bends in the vent. James filled up a 14 gallon tub with 7 years of built up lint and was also able to clean the roof vent which has some restrictive air flow.
